Megan is a Registered Psychologist who works with children, adolescents and adults across a a range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, stress, emotional dysregulation, personality-related challenges, grief and loss, and relationship difficulties and neurodiversity.
Megan has a strong interest in Schema Therapy, perfectionism, attachment theory, and the nuances of personality patterns, and is particularly interested in supporting individuals to better understand themselves and their relational experiences.
With a client-centred approach, Megan creates a welcoming and validating space, fostering a non-judgemental environment where you can feel safe to share your experiences. Her warm and approachable nature supports the development of a strong therapeutic relationship, allowing for deeper exploration of both personal and relational challenges.

She integrates a variety of therapeutic approaches tailored to your individual needs, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Schema Therapy, psychodynamic-based approaches, and mindfulness techniques.
