Judit is a Senior Psychologist with over 15 years of experience providing evidence-based therapy and comprehensive psychological assessments across the lifespan.
She has worked extensively with children and adolescents experiencing emotional, behavioural, social, and learning difficulties, and is highly experienced in the use of a range of assessment tools to support understanding and intervention.
Judit also works with adults across a variety of presentations, including anxiety, depression, complex trauma, grief and loss, self-esteem challenges, and relationship difficulties. Her experience spans both Out of Home Care and private practice settings, and she has a particular interest in supporting individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder, as well as those impacted by trauma, childhood abuse, and domestic violence.
Her approach is warm, collaborative, and client-centred, creating a space where individuals feel safe, respected, and understood. Judit tailors her work to each person, drawing on a strengths-based and holistic framework to support the development of confidence, resilience, and practical skills for navigating life’s challenges.
When working with children, she values creating a space that feels engaging, supportive, and developmentally attuned. She works closely with parents, carers, and other professionals to ensure a consistent and collaborative approach that supports the child’s overall wellbeing.
Judit draws on a range of evidence-based therapies including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Solution Focused Therapy (SFBT), Circle of Security Parenting (COS), Narrative Therapy, and Play Therapy.
She is deeply committed to supporting meaningful, long-term change, helping individuals and families move toward greater understanding, connection, and wellbeing.
