NUTRITION & DIETETICS AT SELF REFLECTIONS

nourishment that supports both
physical health and your relationship with food

At Self Reflections, nutrition is not approached through rules or restriction, but through understanding, compassion, and care. We recognise that food is deeply connected to both physical health and emotional wellbeing, and that each person’s experience with food is unique.

Our dietitians work alongside you to explore what is happening beneath the surface, whether that’s managing a medical condition, navigating eating challenges, or rebuilding trust with your body. This work is guided by evidence, but always grounded in respect, attunement, and your individual needs.

Early sessions focus on understanding your history, current challenges, and goals, creating a clear and supportive foundation. This may include exploring your relationship with food, your health background, and any emotional or environmental factors influencing your eating patterns.

As your work progresses, sessions may involve practical guidance, education, and gentle adjustments that feel realistic and sustainable. Where relevant, this may also include supporting medical conditions, addressing nutritional deficiencies, or working through more complex concerns such as disordered eating.

Our approach is paced and flexible, supporting change in a way that feels manageable, respectful, and aligned with your life.

Nutritional support at Self Reflections is a collaborative and personalised process, shaped around your needs, health concerns, and readiness for change.

meet our dietitians

Our dietitians bring a thoughtful, compassionate approach to nutrition, grounded in both clinical knowledge and deep respect for the individual.

Each clinician offers their own areas of focus and experience, while sharing a common philosophy, that meaningful change comes through understanding, not restriction. Their work considers not only physical health, but the emotional, psychological, and relational aspects of eating, body, and wellbeing.

We understand that your relationship with food is personal, shaped by your history, environment, and lived experience. Our dietitians meet you where you are, supporting you in ways that feel realistic, sustainable, and aligned with your needs.

Taking the time to find the right fit matters. You’re welcome to explore each dietitian’s profile to see who feels most aligned for you.
