WHO SUPERVISION IS FOR
we do not learn from experience,
we learn from reflecting on experience

-
reflect on ethical, professional, and boundary considerations
-
develop confidence in clinical decision-making
-
strengthen documentation, assessment, and reporting skills

approach to
supervision
Supervision at Self Reflections is structured, warm, and reflective. It is a space where you are supported to think deeply about your work, rather than simply being given answers. You are encouraged to bring uncertainty, explore your clinical reasoning, and develop your own voice as a psychologist.
Supervision is not a performance review, it is a collaborative, developmental relationship where learning occurs through reflection, discussion, feedback, and experience.
Across all stages of practice, the focus remains on:
-
developing ethical and confident clinicians
-
strengthening therapeutic relationships
-
building sustainable and reflective practice

investment and
information
Individual supervision is offered at $120–$220 per session, depending on your pathway and stage of practice.
Supervision is tailored to your training requirements (MPP, 5+1, provisional or registered pathways), while also allowing space for reflective, individualised learning.
Where helpful, additional support such as report review or video feedback can be incorporated to deepen your clinical thinking and development.
All supervision is aligned with AHPRA and Psychology Board of Australia requirements, with documentation completed as part of the process.
