Our administrative team is often your first point of contact with the practice, and an important part of your overall experience. From your initial enquiry through to ongoing support, they are here to guide you through the process, answer your questions, and help you feel comfortable and supported from the very beginning.
 
Kristy, Nicole, Lisa, Isabelle, and Ava each bring their own strengths, experience, and warmth to the role. Together, they create a welcoming and organised environment that allows both clients and clinicians to feel supported.
 
They assist with bookings, enquiries, and coordination of care, while also working closely with our clinicians behind the scenes to ensure the smooth and thoughtful running of the practice. Their attention to detail, responsiveness, and genuine care help create a space where things feel seamless and considered.
 
At the heart of their work is a shared commitment to kindness, professionalism, and making your experience as straightforward and supported as possible.
 
While much of their work happens behind the scenes, their presence is felt in every part of the practice, helping to create the calm, welcoming environment that Self Reflections is known for.
