SARA GRIFFIN
PROVISIONAL PSYCHOLOGIST
Sara is a Provisionally Registered Psychologist completing her Master of Professional Psychology. She has a strong interest in supporting individuals experiencing anxiety, low mood, stress, adjustment difficulties, grief and everyday life challenges. She is particularly passionate about helping clients develop coping skills, and better understand their thoughts and emotions.
Sara takes a warm, calm, and client-centred approach to therapy. She aims to create a supportive, non-judgmental space where clients feel heard, respected, and safe to explore their experiences. Her thoughtful nature helps clients feel guided and reassured throughout their therapeutic journey.
Drawing on evidence-based approaches from her clinical training, Sara integrates elements of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and mindfulness-based strategies. She is committed to working collaboratively with clients to help them build insight, develop practical tools, and work toward meaningful personal goals.
