SARA GRIFFIN
provisional psychologist
Sara is a Provisionally Registered Psychologist currently completing her Master of Professional Psychology. She has a strong interest in supporting individuals experiencing anxiety, low mood, stress, adjustment difficulties, grief, and everyday life challenges.
 
She is particularly passionate about helping clients develop practical coping skills and build a deeper understanding of their thoughts, emotions, and experiences.
 
Sara takes a warm, calm, and client-centred approach to therapy. She creates a supportive and non-judgemental space where you can feel heard, respected, and safe to explore your experiences. Her thoughtful and gentle nature helps clients feel guided and reassured throughout their therapeutic journey.
 
Drawing on evidence-based approaches from her clinical training, Sara integrates Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and mindfulness-based strategies into her work. She is committed to working collaboratively with clients to build insight, develop practical tools, and support meaningful and sustainable change.
