Brielle is an Accredited Practising Dietitian with a Bachelor of Nutrition and Dietetics (Honours) from the University of Wollongong. She is passionate about supporting individuals to develop a healthy relationship with food and body image, with a particular focus on eating disorders and mental health nutrition.
 
With experience across headspace centres, outpatient clinics, general practices, and private settings, Brielle provides comprehensive dietary support across a wide range of nutritional concerns.
 
Her approach is evidence-based and aligned with Health at Every Size (HAES) principles. She offers tailored, individualised support not only to clients, but also to families and carers where appropriate. Brielle has experience working across a range of eating disorders, including Anorexia Nervosa, Bulimia Nervosa, and Binge Eating Disorder, and utilises approaches such as CBT-e, Family-Based Treatment (FBT), and Specialist Supportive Clinical Management (SSCM).
 
Beyond eating disorders, Brielle supports clients across various life stages and health conditions, including pregnancy and early childhood nutrition, as well as chronic conditions such as diabetes, coeliac disease, and IBS. She also has experience in sports nutrition, food intolerances, and supporting individuals with mental health conditions including anxiety, depression, ADHD, and bipolar disorder. Brielle has completed additional training with Monash University in the FODMAP diet, supporting her work with complex digestive concerns.
 
Brielle provides care with compassion, warmth, and understanding, supporting clients to make sustainable changes and improve their overall wellbeing in a way that feels balanced and achievable.
