Riding the Waves is a supportive 5-week program designed to teach practical skills from Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) to help you:

Manage intense emotions without feeling controlled by them.

Develop healthier coping strategies for stress and distress.

Strengthen resilience and emotional balance.

Connect with others who understand what it’s like to ride life’s ups and downs.
This group is facilitated by Klaudia Gebert, Principal Psychologist, and Megan Mulcahy, Provisional Psychologist, in a safe and structured setting.
