Join us for The Mirror Within - a free, intimate gathering for women in the Illawarra that blends creativity, self-reflection, and soulful connection.
Set against the serene backdrop of the Wollongong Lighthouse, this 90-minute outdoor experience invites you to slow down and reconnect with your inner self through mindful activities and heartfelt conversation.
Bring along your picnic rug, cushions, and your favourite women - mothers, sisters, daughters, friends. Get cosy and creative with our facilitators Klaudia Gebert (Psychologist and Founder of Self Reflections) and Megan Mulcahy (our Provisional Psychologist) as we dive inward through mirror art, reflective journaling, and an empowering life coaching talk led by Klaudia.
This is more than a workshop - it’s a moment to pause, reflect, and take home tools that support your self-love journey long after the event ends.
