EXPRESSION OF INTEREST
CHAOS TO CLARITY
AN ONLINE WOMEN'S GROUP

Do you often feel overwhelmed, struggling to keep up with daily tasks, constantly running late, or finding it hard to stay focused? Maybe your mind is always racing, shifting between a million ideas, or you feel emotionally exhausted from trying to ‘hold it all together.’ If this sounds familiar, you're not alone. Many women experience these challenges, whether they have ADHD or not.

Chaos to Clarity is a supportive 4-week online program designed for adult women who have been curious about ADHD, experience ADHD symptoms, or have an ADHD diagnosis.

This group provides a safe and structured space to learn practical strategies for time management, emotional regulation, self-advocacy, and more. Each session is facilitated by a Provisional Psychologist, offering skills and insights often covered in individual therapy—but in a more accessible and cost-effective format.

Sessions are held online on Fridays from 5:30–7:00 PM (AEST) and are available for 24 hours after the live session for those who can't attend in real-time. With only 12 spots per group, early registration is encouraged.

Groups begin in May and June 2025, with future sessions based on interest.

Please complete the below form to register your interest.
