Join us for The Mirror Within - a free, intimate gathering for women in the Illawarra that blends creativity, self-reflection, and soulful connection.

Set against the serene backdrop of the Wollongong Lighthouse, this 90-minute outdoor experience invites you to slow down and reconnect with your inner self through mindful activities and heartfelt conversation.

Bring along your picnic rug, cushions, and your favourite women - mothers, sisters, daughters, friends. Get cosy and creative with our facilitators Klaudia Gebert (Psychologist and Founder of Self Reflections) & Megan Mulcahy (our Provisional Psychologist) as we dive inward through mirror art, reflective journaling, and an empowering life coaching talk led by Klaudia.

This is more than a workshop - it’s a moment to pause, reflect, and take home tools that support your self-love journey long after the event ends.

Spots are limited to just 25 participants to preserve the warmth and intimacy of the experience. Registrations are essential - one per person.

WHAT TO EXPECT

• Mirror Art Station – Personalise a mirror with affirmations, paint, or collage to reflect your inner light.

• Coaching Circle with Klaudia – A 30-minute reflective session filled with soul-stirring prompts, visualisations, and mindset tools.

• Picnic Vibes – Bring your own rug, cushions, and snacks. Neutrals encouraged for an aesthetic, calming vibe.

• Takeaways – A handcrafted mirror, affirmation card set, journaling prompts, and inspiration to carry forward.

• Meaningful Connections – Share space with like-minded local women. Whether you come solo or with friends, this is the perfect opportunity to connect, reflect, and maybe even make new friends.
